MakeLLC does not provide services to individuals or entities that are:
- Listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list
- Located in countries subject to comprehensive US sanctions
- Engaged in activities that violate US law
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to US sanctions laws administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Our Services
MakeLLC provides the following services:
- LLC Formation: Filing Articles of Organization with state authorities
- EIN Registration: Filing Form SS-4 with the IRS
- Registered Agent Service: Receiving legal documents on behalf of your LLC

MakeLLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Is MakeLLC a law firm?
No. MakeLLC is a business formation service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. For specific legal questions, we recommend consulting with a qualified attorney.
What is the refund policy?
If your LLC formation documents have not yet been filed with the state, you may request a full refund. Once documents have been filed, refunds are available minus any government fees already paid.
What are my obligations after formation?
After LLC formation, you are responsible for maintaining compliance with state requirements, including annual reports, tax filings, and maintaining a registered agent. MakeLLC provides reminders and guidance but the responsibility lies with the LLC owner.
Can sanctioned individuals use MakeLLC?
No. MakeLLC complies with OFAC regulations and cannot provide services to individuals or entities on the Specially Designated Nationals list or located in comprehensively sanctioned countries.
